About Our Pastry Chefs

Chef Linda Dann

is a pastry chef, sugar artist and specialty cake designer.  She teaches cooking, baking and cake decorating privately and at the Culinary Center of New York.  Linda has twenty years of experience in the food industry including:  recipe tester and developer for several cookbooks including the New Joy of Cooking, former Food and Beverage manager at the W New York Hotel and former director of the New School Culinary Arts Program.

Chef Judy Celeste

is a pastry chef, specialty cake designer and caterer.  She has over twenty years experience baking and cooking for her clients, friends and large family.  She has studied locally and at the New School in New York.  Judy teaches cooking privately and was a cooking instructor for the Ocean County Community College Adult Education Program.
